Duane started in the construction business at an early age. His father "Red" worked for the highway department in Dunnell, and then worked after hours doing construction. In the 1970s, when Duane was in high school, he was also helping with the business. He began working full-time at the highway department in Fairmont upon his graduation in 1976. In 1983, shortly after Red retired from the highway department, Duane and Red decided to take the construction company to full-time, and they worked building the business together until Red's untimely death in 1989. Duane then continued building the business by himself. However, when the children were old enough to go along, they were on the job sites helping whenever they could, and the business has grown by leaps and bounds throughout the years.

It's hard to say exactly when Brian joined the Rosburg Construction team, as it seems he has been part of the business all his life. This guy knows how to run equipment! His talents don't stop there, however, as he is also skilled at landscaping and design, and has been a pilot for almost two decades. If you look skyward, you just may see him in the air flying with the boys, or in his crop-dusting plane. Brian is also part of the local volunteer fire department, in addition to being a busy father of two boys, ages 20 & 16. When they aren't working, at school events, or keeping busy on their various projects, there is always something to do on the acreage. You won't see them sitting still very often, and that's just the way they like it!

Without a doubt, we know Red would be so proud that the business he began thrives today.
He's be especially thrilled to know his grandchildren and great-grandchildren are involved with it, too!
